In the sake brewery head office built in Matsuyama of Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture, which is naturally blessed with fine-quality rice and an ample amount of spring water fed by the underflow water of the Ou mountain range, about 20,000 koku (1 koku=184.4 liters) of sake is brewed per year. They are also fortunate enough to have the space to test out and introduce the latest brewing facilities and equipment. They still adhere to "the high-quality sake brewing with fermentation by hand" that they advocated way back when the brewery was founded.
