This experience allows you to easily rent a kimono or yukata (summer kimono).
Since there are many examples of late 19th-century Western-style architecture remaining in Koriyama, we also recommend wearing a hakama (traditional article of clothing worn on the lower half of the body).
The clothing can be sent back from your hotel (separate fee).
Several optional activities are available to experience while wearing the kimono, such as nihon buyou (Japanese traditional dance), matcha (tea prepared in the traditional Japanese tea ceremony), and shodou (Japanese calligraphy). The Japanese kimono wedding photoshoot plan is also popular. An English interpreter can be arranged to accompany you (optional).
