Oranda Rice Cracker -- Yamagata Soul food Oranda Rice Crackers are made in the Shonai region from Uruchi rice. These crackers are extremely thin at only two millimeters and are the original grilled rice cracker. The company does everything in-house at its plant from procuring the rice to making the dough, grilling, packaging and selling rice crackers.
