Come empty-handed to the Imoni festival

Enjoy Yamagata's famous taro root stew outdoors!

Come empty-handed to the Imoni festival
This is a great way to enjoy Yamagata's famous Imoni (taro root stew) outdoors without having to prepare or cook it yourself. You can choose your preferred location. The plan comes with a set of delicious Yamagata rice balls and a can of beer. (The beer can be swapped for two bottles of juice). If the venue is outdoors, we will provide a Kamado stove and firewood, and we will clean up after you finish eating. Recommended places are the Mogami Riverbed by the roadside station Kawanominato Nagai, the riverbed by the Yachi Bridge on the Nogawa River, and the Kodai no Oka Campsite!
