State -owned Michinoku Forest Lakeside Park

The only national park in the Tohoku region, located on the lakeside of the Kamabusa Dam. The park is divided into three areas: the North Area, the South Area, and the Satoyama Area, each of which offers a variety of experiences.Flowers bloom throughout the park in each of the four seasons, and events are held throughout the year.The park is also a popular spot for visitors from inside and outside of the prefecture to interact with animals, harvest vegetables, camp, and take nature classes, making it a place where visitors want to go again and again.
