Nikkohkisuge in Oguninuma Marsh

Nikkohkisuge in Oguninuma Marsh
In Fukushima Prefecture's Oguninuma Marshland, visitors are attracted by the abundance of Nikkoukisuge (day lilies) that spread across the marshland in early summer. The best time to visit is from late June to early July, when the marshland is dyed golden yellow with bright yellow flowers. It is truly a "flower garden in the sky. Walking along the wooden paths, visitors can enjoy alpine plants and magnificent nature. Access is by shuttle bus or hiking route. Visitors can spend a relaxing time in the quietness of the marshland, feeling the early summer breeze.
