Bearren Brewery (Morioka Small Museum)

Morioka microbrews respecting traditional brewing techniques

At the Bearren Brewery, you can see the valuable brewing equipment that was brought to Japan from the southern German town about 120 years ago. During the factory tour, which is available only by appointment, you will be taken on a tour of the brewery, where the staff will explain the brewing process, respecting the traditional brewing methods of the Yorozu brewery. The brewery also has a direct sales area where visitors can purchase their beer and enjoy it in the tour room or outside in the garden area.
