Imabetsu Beef(Imabetsu Beef Sales Promotion Liaison Council)

An exquisite rare Japanese black beef.

Imabetsu beef is considered rare because it is difficult to find in markets today.

・The meat is finely marbled with a good balance of fat and lean meat, which gives the meat a delicate but firm flavor.

・Currently, steaks and barbecued meat are sold frozen at Micho-no-Eki Imabetsu (roadside station), and a restaurant within the station serves ramen and barbecue set meals using Imabetsu beef.
