At Dake Onsen, you can find 12 stone pillars with images of the animals of the Chinese zodiac engraved on them. As you visit these pillars while enjoying a relaxing stroll around the hot spring resort, you can print the images of the animals on 12 different postcards and collect them. These 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac were drawn and engraved by two great artists with strong connections to Nihonmatsu City, Chusaku Oyama and Kenta Hashimoto.
