This is a sightseeing facility where visitors can experience "kamakura," Yokote's representative small New Year's event, throughout the year. In the Kamakura Room in the Fantasy Gallery, real kamakura made by kamakura craftsmen in winter are preserved and displayed at minus 10 degrees Celsius.

There is also a store where visitors can purchase a variety of Yokote City's delicious specialties. The museum is also a cultural center with a full-scale concert hall and other facilities that can be used for various purposes.
