The main brewery of Akita Shurui Seizoh is located in the Kawashiri area of Akita City, an area blessed with quality water; there is even an anecdote that Satake, the feudal lord of the domain, used to draw water for tea ceremonies during the feudal era. On the premises are two breweries, the Senshu and Sennin warehouses, as well as a storage, bottling plant, and product warehouse, where everything from preparation to shipping is done.
