Cassen Ofunato is a commercial facility that opened in April 2017 within the Ofunato Station area, a central area of the city that suffered major tsunami damage.

The facility is mainly occupied by local stores as tenants, and is divided into eight sections, including restaurants featuring delicious Sanriku seafood, souvenir facilities, and lodging facilities.
